The Inclined plane rig (IPR 2) is an automated version of the classic incline plane experiment. It is designed to illustrate principles such as static and dynamic friction, conservation of energy and acceleration due to gravity.
The second version of the inclined plane is a simplified single block version of the original Inclined plane. First and second derivatives (velocity and acceleration) are also calculated and plotted against time. All measurements can be downloaded for post-processing.
